Lindsay Lohan is low on dough
Plus: Brad as superdad; how Kanye ‘connected’ and coped

Evolution of Lindsay Lohan From cute child actor to svelte blonde to redheaded bombshell and Hollywood star. |
When she isn’t sneaking champagne or smooching cuties in Capri, “Hot Lips” Lindsay Lohan is bumming bills from her pals. A source told Gatecrasher that the once wealthy actress is openly mooching money from her friends — even after running up $736 bar tab on the Italian island.
Perhaps Lindsay’s monetarily challenged condition is the result of a broken endorsement deal. According to another Gatecrasher tipster, Ariva (makers of a smoking-cessation tobacco lozenge) paid Lindsay five figures to shill their cigarette-quitting cure. Ariva reps deny the deal, Gatecrasher reports, “possibly because of all the recent paparazzi pics of her smoking.”
Brad Pitt’s paternal predilection
As if celebrity superdad Brad Pitt doesn’t stir up enough of the “aw factor” in all those kid-cuddling pics splashed across the tabloids, a Life & Style report gives his papa points another boost.
“Brad gets up really early with the children,” an insider told the magazine. “He changes diapers and gets Zahara and Shiloh fed and dressed for the day. He takes this responsibility very seriously.”
While busy mom Angelina Jolie filmed “Wanted,” Brad took over completely. “He got into the routine of getting up with all the kids, getting the Corn Flakes for breakfast and getting them prepped for school.”

With happy kids his main concern, Brad often lets fashion falter. “He lets them pick whatever they want to wear, even if it’s weird or mismatched.”
Kanye can’t get enough Connect Four
In his first blog post since his mother’s Nov. 10 death, Kanye West thanked his fans for the support and shared photos of his new favorite pastime: Connect Four. “When I was in Europe I would play this game for hours and hours ... it helped me zone out,” Kanye wrote about the checker grid game.
No one, it seems, could resist the challenge. Kanye broke down the competition, including his defeat to a true Connect Four warrior. “Derrick Dudley (Common’s manager) and Consequence were the best other than me ... I beat Lexi ... Don C beat Jay... Tony Williams beat Common ... but every now and then people would speak of this legendary connect 4 champion........... BEYONCE!!!
“I had 2 play her!... so last night at Jay’s new 40/40 club in Las Vegas (which is sidebar, crazy big w/ 24krt gold flooring, Black Jack tables, $500 slot machines, the biggest projection screen in the universe and the best turkey burgers I’ve ever had in my life) she beat me 9 times in a row!” Pretty sneaky, sis!
Dish on the fly
Couples who want to boost their baby odds should crank up the Janet Jackson tunes, or so implies a recent Digital Spy story. The singer claims her “baby-making songs” really work. “You don’t know how many people come up to me and say: ‘This child was conceived listening to you.’” … Two Oscars are more than most actors see in a lifetime, but for Tom Hanks, it’s still not enough. According to ContactMusic, the back-to-back best-actor victor (for “Philadelphia” and “Forrest Gump”) needs at least one more little golden guy to feel satisfied. “If I’m 90 and haven’t scored another one, I will truly view the latter part of my career as some kind of failure,” Tom confessed. … At least one silver-screen star has a back-up plan should she slip from the hot to not list. Keira Knightley will hit the books and leave the biz behind, if needed, reports the Daily Mail. “Acting is a profession that isn’t going to last forever, so, at some point, I will have to do something else — and that’s fine,” the practical minded “Pirates of the Caribbean” ingénue surmised. “I haven’t got a clue what it is, but when I do know, I’ll go back to university, I’ll study something and I’ll become it.”
