LOS ANGELES - An arrest warrant was issued, then thrown out Friday for the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West’s mother in a case unrelated to her death last week.
The warrant was issued Friday morning when Dr. Jan Adams did not show up for a hearing in a civil case unrelated to the death of Donda West.
Adams showed up later in the morning and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Tracy Grant canceled the warrant, courtroom assistant Becky Liu said. Adams has said little publicly since the death of Donda West, 58.
She died Nov. 10, a day after Adams performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery.
