LOS ANGELES - “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens is attempting to get a $150,000 lawsuit from a former lawyer dismissed by filing a motion claiming she was a minor at the time she signed a contract with the man.

And, in an attempt to prove her claim, the brunette beauty attached, as Exhibit A, her hospital birth certificate, a document, which includes her adorable baby footprints.

The sweet reminder of Hudgens’ baby days (pictured below) shows that the actress was quite the small tot, her feet measuring just 2 ½ inches long.

As for Hudgens’ legal filing, the actress contends that Brian L. Schall’s lawsuit against her has no merit, because she was just 16 when she inked the contract with him.

In Schall’s own suit, which was filed in September, he claims to have helped develop Hudgens’ successful career. He is asking a judge to find her in breach of contract and award him at least $150,000, plus other fees, according to his lawsuit.

A hearing on the matter has been set for Dec. 5 in Los Angeles.
