In his new book, Guinness: The 250-year quest for the perfect pint, Bill Yenne takes readers back to 1759 to follow from the beginning the story of what is probably the world's best known and most ritualized beer. Yenne joined MSNBC.com's Will Femia on the phone to talk about the history and the lore of Guinness and what it means to pour the perfect pint.
