LOS ANGELES - Despite reports that Farrah Fawcett is now cancer free, a source close to the actress tells Access Hollywood that is not necessarily true.

“She has not told anyone that she is cancer free, nor can I confirm or deny that she is cancer free,” the source told Access.

“All I can say is that she is feeling good and (obviously) looks good.”

The source’s statements came in response to a National Enquirer article today that declared Farrah to have said, “I’m cured”!

The Enquirer also quotes a source telling them that, “Since her return from her September trip to Germany, she says she’s 100 percent cancer-free. She believes it’s nothing short of a miracle.”
