LOS ANGELES - Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan returned to Hollywood on Sunday.

With hugs, a wave goodbye and one last cigarette, Lohan said her final farewell outside of Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab facility, putting an end to her 63-day stay.

Making the 565-mile journey back to Los Angeles, Lohan wasted no time getting back to work. She starts filming her tango-themed movie “Dare to Love Me” next Monday for two weeks.

Afterward, Lohan may return to the Cirque Lodge for continued outpatient treatment.

Her father Michael was by Lindsay’s side in Utah, helping ease her transition back home. And during her last weekend there, Michael introduced his daughter to the new lady in his life — his new girlfriend Erin.

But could wedding bells already be in the future?

Photographers caught Michael coming out of a jewelry store where he had apparently made a pricey purchase.

“Is that an engagement ring you just bought?” one of the paparazzo asked Michael.

“No, not yet,” he replied.

In fact, Erin (who bares a striking resemblance to Lindsay) helped Michael pick out a four-carat diamond ring to congratulate Lindsay on completing her treatment.
