NEW YORK - Salma Hayek had her baby shower this past weekend. She received delightful pink gifts from Los Angeles’ NoMi Boutique.

“Salma registered online, her mom came in, she was taking pictures with her phone,” Pia Lindstrom, co-partner of NoMi Boutique said.

Lindstrom believes Hayek is naming her baby “Valentina,” the name she saw on the gift cards.

“The baby’s name is Valentina,” she said. “I think it is, yeah.”

Dear friend Penelope Cruz bought Hayek a modern, Bloombaby Plexistyle Coco lounger for $350, gifted with the message, “with love,” in Spanish.

“Her card read, Te Quiero, Penelope,” Lindstrom recounted. “The baby floats in there, so it’s a great item.”

Instead of the typical diaper bag, Hayek will be setting a trend with a new age “cameo clutch,” by Petuna Pickel Bottom.

“This one is so cool,” Lindstrom said of the clutch. “If you want to bring your wipeys, you can. (One) part pulls out to change the baby. It’s incredible. You can snap it and also wear it as a going out bag.”

For about $900, Hayek’s agent purchased the Orbit Baby convertible car seat/anti-paparazzi stroller.

“We call this the paparazzi shade. It protects from the paparazzi as well as the sun,” Lindstrom said. “Everyone seems to love it.”
