LOS ANGELES - Jimmy Fallon is officially an engaged man.
Fallon, 32, popped the question to gal pal Nancy Juvonen, 40, Access Hollywood has learned.
The "Saturday Night Live" alum proposed to Juvonen at her family's lake house in Wolfeboro, N.H., last weekend with a one-of-a-kind Neil Lane emerald-cut diamond and platinum ring.
The couple worked together on the 2005 romantic comedy "Fever Pitch." Juvonen co-owns Flower Films with Drew Barrymore, the company which produced the film.
This will be the first marriage for both.
