“It's incredibly cool that she's come through everything that she has to be this very normal, grounded, sound young woman,” Marie Claire editor Joanna Coles said of Ashley Olsen.

NEW YORK - Stars always love to show off their six packs. And in a new photo spread with Marie Claire magazine, Ashley Olsen shows off her own with one slight twist — hers is on her head.

A flirty and feminine Ashley works her seductive smirk, donning Louis Vuitton for the cover of the new Marie Claire magazine.

Inside, an alluring Ashley lounges in high heels and a vintage slip dress, while soda cans kept her perfectly coifed curls in place.

“She liked it and added the bobby pin, which really brings the whole photo together,” Marie Claire editor-in-chief Joanna Coles told “Access Hollywood.”

Coles said that Ashley is an incredibly details-oriented woman, especially when it comes to her new clothing line Elizabeth and James, which she launched with sister Mary-Kate.

“She's taken very seriously as a boss,” Coles added. “Someone comes up and shows her the label for Elizabeth and James and she’s like, ‘No, it’s too big. Take it down by a third.’ ”

While Ashley is branching out on her own, she continues to be very protective of her twin sister, telling the magazine their bond is “beyond words.”

When describing the media's over-saturation with Mary-Kate during her eating disorder, Ashley described it as “really sick.”

“She talked about how incredibly destructive it was. I mean these are girls that are pursued by the paparazzi,” Coles noted.

But unlike other young Hollywood stars, Ashley is very much in control of who she is.

“It's incredibly cool that she's come through everything that she has to be this very normal, grounded, sound young woman,” Coles said.
