Paris prepares to sing a new tune

LOS ANGELES - Almost a year after the release of her self-titled debut album, Paris Hilton is planning on returning to a recording studio to lay down the follow-up.

The former jailbird has been spotted recently, replacing her religious reading material in her arms with books on singing. Reports have also surfaced that the heiress has been working with Scott Storch, a previous producer of Christina Aguilera and Beyoncé.

“I’m already working on my new record,” Hilton told E! Online recently. “I’ve been in meetings with Scott (Storch) and we’ve been working on it.”
