As she prepares to turn 40 on July 1, former "Baywatch" beauty Pamela Anderson is as frisky as ever and taking on a new role: Illusionist.

And she's pretty good at it.

Anderson told TODAY host Matt Lauer during an appearance Wednesday, for example, that she was "falling in love" with Las Vegas magician Hans Klok, might marry Tommy Lee again, and had named two bruises on her knee from her new stint as Klok’s summer assistant, “Matt Lauer" and "Ike Turner."

It was hard to tell when Anderson was being serious, or just trying to be entertaining.

She sounded quite serious, however, when Lauer brought up the subject of her Playboy pictorial and the hit comedy movie "Borat," which makes references to that infamous sex video Anderson and Lee, her ex-husband and Motley Crue drummer, starred in. The racy romp lives on thanks to the Internet.

Anderson said she sort of glossed over the details of the video before watching "Borat" at home with sons Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9.

Before popping the film in, Anderson said she was more concerned about the scene where a buck-naked Borat wrestles with an equally nude and grossly obese character during Borat's cross-country journey to be with Anderson.

"I was actually going to talk about that," Anderson said, referring to the wrestling scene. "They were the ones who said, 'We know about the magazine.' They knew about Playboy... We discussed a few things. I just kind of la la la-ed over the part about the videotape."

"They were cool with it when they saw it?" Lauer said, referring to "Borat," not the videotape.

"I told them, 'Mommy and Daddy have videotaped each other.' We [were] really in love and everyone is running around naked,' " Anderson said. "They know us. It's not like it's anything new or shocking."

New love interest?
Anderson, nearing 40 and a single mother, appears to still enjoy shocking people.

Out of the blue, she threw out that she was getting along well with Lee and questioned aloud whether they should re-marry.

In another breath, she volunteered that she was falling for Klok, the Dutch magician who hired her (reportedly after Carmen Diaz turned him down) to appear as his assistant throughout the summer for 12 minutes per show, six shows a week.

"I'm his white tiger, and I bite him on the neck all the time," Anderson said of Klok, who  seemed a bit amused by it all.

"Why did you want to do this? Have you always been into magic?" Lauer asked.

"It's just another fun thing to add to the list," she said. "He is so fast. I'm standing right next to him and I don't know what the heck he's doing half the time. It's amazing. It's very glamorous."

It was then that she threw some fresh meat on the grill.

"It's very romantic. I think we're falling in love," she said.

And she added later, "I'm in love with Hans. We are falling in love ... Hans is special, and he's Dutch. You know my mother's part Dutch, so she's very happy."

Ladies and gentleman, Pamela Anderson, master of illusion.
