LOS ANGELES - The child custody feud between Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin stalled in court Friday with no answer as to who leaked a voicemail tape of Baldwin lashing out at their 11-year-old daughter.
Baldwin left the courtroom twice during the nearly four-hour hearing, which stretched on after the courthouse closed, gesturing and speaking animatedly to his attorneys and assistants.
“This is a waste of my (expletive) time,” the actor said at one point.
Attorneys for Baldwin, 49, and Basinger, 53, declined to comment on what transpired inside the courtroom, which was closed to the public. Another hearing was scheduled for June 25.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Maren Nelson closed the hearing to the public, saying she was protecting the privacy of the couple’s 11-year-old daughter, Ireland.
Nelson had said earlier she hoped to determine who leaked a voicemail of Baldwin berating his daughter as a “rude, thoughtless little pig” for missing a scheduled phone call from him. A tape of the message was obtained by celebrity Web site TMZ.com and broadcast worldwide.
Baldwin has apologized for the remarks and blamed Basinger for leaking the tape, which she has denied.
