Reese and Ryan: Separate but still having fun
Witherspoon is a red-carpet fixture, while Phillippe hangs out with his pals

LOS ANGELES - Ever since their split in October 2006, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have gone their separate ways.
While Reese has been busy lighting up red carpets coast-to-coast, Ryan has been seen out and about, often with female company in tow.
Since the split, Ryan has been seen on more than one occasion with a lovely lady by his side.
Monday night, photographers snapped a shot of Ryan palling around with an unidentified woman in Hollywood. According to X-17 photo agency, when the photographers started snapping shots of the two, actor Channing Tatum (a friend of Ryan’s) became angry and aggressive with them.
But while Ryan’s been hitting the town, a comfy looking Reese was photographed in Beverly Hills on Monday doing some shopping and enjoying a smoothie before heading into the trendy store Madison.
Of course, this isn’t to suggest the two have been incommunicado since the split. Reese and Ryan were recently photographed dropping the kids off at school together.
After their split, Ryan was rumored to have had an affair with Abbie Cornish, a 24-year-old Australian actress, who co-starred with Ryan in the film “Stop Loss.” A rep for Cornish denied the allegations.
