ABILENE, Texas - A 13-year-old boy is accused of fatally stabbing his 4-year-old half-sister, police said.
The boy faces capital murder charges and is being held at a juvenile center, said Abilene police Sgt. Tony Lassetter.
The boy called 911 Sunday night, indicating someone was injured, Lassetter said. Police found the girl dead in a bedroom with stab wounds.
Their mother was at work at the time, and a baby sitter had left, the Abilene Reporter-News reported Monday in its online edition.
Police do not know a motive but have questioned the teen, Lassetter said.
