NEW YORK - XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. and Bushnell Outdoor Products on Monday unveiled a handheld device that integrates satellite radio and weather information with location tracking.

XM and Bushnell are previewing the waterproof Bushnell Onix 400 at the International Consumer Electronics Show, taking place in Las Vegas this week. The device, which can simultaneously access global positioning system location data, XM's radio programming and personalized real-time weather, is expected to be ready for consumers this summer.

XM and Bushnell, a privately held company based in Overland Park, Kan., did not provide any pricing information for the gadget. However, Bushnell's Onix 200, a GPS device without any satellite radio features, retails for $199.99 on Amazon.com.
