Day 1

Breakfast

  • 4 oz glass of skim milk

Snack
Celery stalk with fat free sour cream

Lunch

  • Whole wheat pasta with olive oil and garlic
  • Grilled shrimp

  • Apple with non-fat yogurt

Dinner

  • Shredded wheat and oatmeal with 4 oz.
