Pam Anderson, Kid Rock file for divorce

Pamela Anderson has filed for divorce from husband Kid Rock, Access Hollywood has learned.

“Pamela filed for divorce...” a rep for the actress confirmed to Access.

Anderson filed the papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The following message was also posted on Pam’s official Web site on Monday: “11/27/2006 Divorce — Yes, it’s true. Unfortunately impossible.”

Interestingly, Kid Rock (whose real name is Robert Ritchie) also filed divorce papers on Monday.

While he also cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason, the date of separation is different than what is indicated on the papers filed by Pam.

Pam’s papers list the official date of separation as November 21, 2006, while Ritchie’s list November 26, 2006.

In fact, Ritchie apparently beat Anderson to the punch.

Access Hollywood confirmed he filed at 8:35 a.m. on Monday and Pam filed at 9:28 a.m.

Both parties requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support.

Pam, 39, and Kid, 35, were married July 29, 2006 on a yacht in St. Tropez, France. They later made their marriage official at a Beverly Hills courthouse on August 3.

They began dating in Spring 2001 and were engaged on April 11, 2002. The couple called it quits in June 2003 before reconciling in July 2006.

Their engagement was announced on July 18, 2006.

Earlier this month, Pamela suffered a miscarriage while filming her new movie “Blonde and Blonder” (co-starring Denise Richards) in Vancouver.

Anderson has two sons from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee. Kid Rock has a son from a previous relationship.
