Teri Hatcher has a new man — and he's one of her "Desperate" neighbors' ex-boyfriends.

Teri is dating actor/director Stephen Kay, the actress' rep confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Kay previously dated Eva Longoria in 2004.

Kay directed the 2000 film "Get Carter," starring Sylvester Stallone. He has also helmed episodes of "The Shield" for F/X and NBC's "Friday Night Lights."

His acting credits include "Angel Eyes," "The Mod Squad" and "Lethal Weapon 3."
