“Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties” — The comic-strip cat flopped in this live-action and computer-animated sequel, which reunites Bill Murray, as the voice of the fat feline, with Breckin Meyer and Jennifer Love Hewitt. The lame follow up sends Garfield on a London adventure, where he winds up switching places with a royal look-alike cat. The DVD includes the theatrical release and an extended version. DVD, $29.98. “Art School Confidential” — An ambitious artist (Max Minghella) finds his aspirations stymied in stuffy art school, where he gets caught up in the publicity mill surrounding a serial killer. The black comedy, which co-stars John Malkovich, Jim Broadbent and Anjelica Huston, comes with deleted scenes and a making-of featurette. DVD, $26.96. (Sony) Read the review

— William Hurt plays a Baptist preacher whose past returns to haunt him when an illegitimate son (Gael Garcia Bernal) turns up and takes disturbing steps to introduce himself into his father’s life. “The Fox and the Hound” — Disney’s animated charmer is back in a 25th anniversary edition. The film follows the unlikely friendship between a fox and a dog whose bond is tested when he’s trained to hunt down his pal. The DVD comes with a sing-along, games, a making-of featurette and short cartoons. DVD, $29.99. (Disney)
