DANBURY, Conn. - For one Connecticut family, June 21 marks more than just the start of summer.
It's also the birthday of four generations of women, each born 29 years apart.
The matriarch is Helen Garofalo, who's now 87. Her daughter-in-law, Kathleen, was born on the same date and is now 58.
June 21 is also the birthday of Kathleen's daughter, Marybeth D'Amico, who's now 29.
And finally, the family has welcomed its fourth June 21 generation, Clara Nicole D'Amico, born on June 21 of this year, more than two weeks early.
