LOS ANGELES - Fred Savage, perhaps best known for his role on ABC’s “The Wonder Years,” is going to be a father.

Jennifer Stone Savage is expecting the couple’s first child in August, his agent, Brian Swardstrom, confirmed Wednesday.

Savage, 29, starred as wide-eyed Kevin Arnold on “The Wonder Years” from 1988-1993.

In recent years, he has worked behind the camera, including producing and directing “Phil of the Future” on the Disney Channel and directing Nickelodeon’s “Drake & Josh.”

He stars on “Crumbs,” an ABC sitcom about estranged brothers forced together in business when their parents divorce.
