Will Ferrell is heading to the Great White Way in January in the new one-person comedy, “You’re Welcome America. A Final Night With George W Bush,” both Variety and the New York Times report.

The show will mark the comedian’s Broadway debut.

According to Variety, the production will be directed by Adam McKay, who wrote and directed popular Ferrell films “Step Brothers,” “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” and “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.” McKay is also Ferrell’s partner on the popular comedy Web site, FunnyOrDie.com.

Not many more details are available yet, but Ferrell’s expected to portray his famous Bush caricature from his years on “Saturday Night Live.”

According to Playbill.com, The New York Post previously reported that Ferrell’s show will “be autobiographical and include anecdotes about the comedian’s work on ‘Saturday Night Live.’”

Playbill.com further speculates that Ferrell may also offer some of his other famous impersonations, including Neil Diamond, Robert Goulet and James Lipton.
