You're making a list and checking it twice and probably hitting the stores for last-minute holiday shopping. No need to be in a frenzy. We've rounded up the most stylish gifts for everyone on your list from your fashionista niece to your office buddies to your oh-so-stylish sister (plus tips for men and kids as well). So what are you waiting for? Let's go shopping! It's all right here in the latest edition of The Trend Report.

IPOD therefore I am

2005 will go down in history as the year the iPod became the must-have accessory for just about everyone ... and now it's time to accessorize! iPod cases make great gifts -- they're fashionable and there are so many choices, you can change the case to match your outfit or mood. You'll find cases ranging from beaded and glamorous ($65; Cole Haan) to bright and modern – and at every price point.

Trend Tip: An alternative gift for your iPod lover is a subscription to an online music website like iTunes — simply choose an amount and send a "Music Card." Your recipient will be able to download and enjoy his or her favorite tunes thanks to you!

Vested Interests

This season, vests are far more than an outerwear piece to keep you warm — they are key accessories. The bonus is that they are also quite easy to buy in the correct size, so get vested! We love the sleek and sporty look of the metallic quilted vest for the fashionable females on our lists ($100; Nike), while the glam-loving girls will want a fun faux fur vest to wear with everything they own.

Trend Tip: Vests are not just for the ladies! The men on your list will also be delighted with a rugged, outdoor-type vest from manufacturers like Arcteryx or L.L. Bean — and you can find vests for kids at every major specialty chain.

Key Looks
Who doesn't love (and need) a brand new key chain? With so many fabulous styles to choose from — and at so many affordable price points — this is a great gift for everyone on your list including your office mate. Make it personal with a photo holder ($38, Coach) and go for all that glitters with a rhinestone closure. For the label-checking crowd, get the latest status look in a keychain from Fendi or Louis Vuitton.

Trend Tip: The beauty junkie will love a keychain with a lip gloss attached — find them at Sephora from Hard Candy, Dior and more.

Charmed, I'm Sure
The gift of a charm is both a piece of jewelry and a talisman of good wishes (and good taste).

Examples? Feng shui expert Carole Meltzer's charms and beads represent love, health, prosperity and so on... string them all together for a fabulous 2006! Each animal-themed DoDo charm from Pomellato (in chic solid gold) represents a sentiment of love or adoration, starting with the "DoDo" bird (bonus — a portion of sales goes toward protecting the world's endangered species).

Trend Tip: No need to spring for the pricey gold or silver link bracelet or necklace to display a charm … they are even more trendy when strung on a leather or silk cord.

Gift Wrap

Looking for something that everyone from your fashionista niece to your stylish grandmother will love? It's a wrap! We love the look of festively ruffled scarves in colorful velvet ($38; Echo) to brighten up winter-weary moods. Or, if you want to go truly luxe, choose an opulently beaded and embroidered wool or cashmere scarf instead - to be treasured forever!

Trend Tip: The truly trendy will love an embellished shrug to wear over everything from tanks and tees to evening dresses.
